Basic Rules:
Guild Leadership:
Leader and Officers:
New Officers will be Nominated and Voted on by The Officer Corps. Any member Can Also Nominate a Member for Promotion. All Nominees must NOT be on Probation. Officers Mains and Alts must be either guilded in MoM or Unguilded, unless prior arraingements have been made with The Guild Leader then a Grandfathered Clause will be in affect.
The Leader will be sent to "The Arena" every 90days for a "State of the Guild" Meeting with The Guild Leadership.
The Asst. Leader will be Summoned to "The Arena" every 120 days for "The Finance and Operations of The Guild" meeting.
Officer may have their Duties Changed by The Guild leader or Asst. Leader. Officers may be Demoted only after a Trial and The Judge determines there is a "Need" for an Officer Confidence Vote. There Must be an 80% NO confidence Vote to Demote an Officer. An Officer may ask for a Demotion for personal reasons, That demotion will be at the Leisure of the Guild Leader.
If the Leader is "Missing" for 10 days and nobody has heard from Him/Her either in Game or RL means (E-mail, Phone call, Letter etc.) Then The Asst. Leader may Petition the GM for Guild Leadership. After Leadership is Assumed All Leader Rules and Regulation will start from that Day, and a Vote for the new Asst. Leader will be announced.
If The Leader is NOT going to be accesible for a Long Period of time, Then The Asst. Leader can be made Temperory Leader until The Leaders return.
New Members:
New Members must be level 30 (minimum) and may be joined with only a second from another Officer. New Members will be required to fill out an application within 5 days after joining Guild. If there is any negative response then the prospective recruit will have to fill out application and go thru Guild Approval Process.
All new members will be on a 30day Probation Period, the Guild Justice Rules for Due Process DO NOT apply. If it is deemed that The Recruit and Guild should part ways, then The Guild Marshall shall be sent to /guildremove the recruit. After 30 days, full Guild Justice rules apply. All Appeals will go thru Asst. Leader.
Restrictions for Alts and Mains:
There will be NO restriction for Alts or Mains if they want to be in other Guilds or on other Servers. This will promote better Guild Relations and Experience for ALL. Officers will be expected to carry out their assigned Duties, if they cannot, then they will be asked to step down to Member Status for the Good of The Guild and we will elect another to take their Place.
Basic Guild Loot Rules:
Group loot rules differ from raid loot rules. Group loot rules will be need before greed, If nobody needs or already has said Item, then random rolls will apply.
Raid loot rules start AFTER a successful break-in and we are holding ground. The Raid Capt. Will Declare the Raid has started. Anybody who arrives after the Declaration will be considered LATE. If The Raiding Party is Wiped Out and or 75% of The Party is Killed and an Evac is ordered The Start Time will be Restarted. The Raid Capt. will have The Flexibility to Redetermine the Start Time for Late Members, especially if they are helping on the CR.
Late members will miss The Next Roll for class, the next roll for Race and the Next roll for all/all. If No one can use then they may be able to loot. If No-Drop and nobody can use, Then Late Members may random roll or Loot. If Guild "Guests" are on Raid Then The Guild Loot rules will apply, if they are a "pick-up" Then the Late members loot rules and Guidelines will apply. Raid Capt. will have final say so for "pick-ups" and when they Loot, especially if they are helping on a CR or Break-in.
Loot Rules for UBBER Loot will be on a Tier Point System
Tier 1 is The Basic Guild Loot Rules, Tier 2 is Ubber loot that takes a raid and is very rare, such as drops from zone Bosses/Minibosses in high lvl areas. Tier 2 items that are droppable are property of the GUILD and should be returned when no longer needed.
These items should go to those who are most active in the guild and because of this we should institute a point based auction system. When the Ubber item drops members with points may be able to start auctioning for these items. The one who bids highest wins the item and loses that many points. Points can be accumulated through various methods. Not only should raid participation count, but we should have fun ways to earn points as well. If a person is in a raid for the duration of the raid or 2+ hours then they receive between 1-5 points determining on the difficulty of the raid. The person who gives a kill shot on a MoB that drops Tier 2 loot gets 1 point. 1 Point is also awarded to players who call a Tier 2 MoB up and the guild raids against it (ie. Lodi).
If someone does something that promotes a better guild in a way in which Officers deem "especially exceptional" then points will be awarded for their merit. Also fun events should constitute points such as the person who wins a battle royal match in the Arena, etc. If a person down the road no longer needs the said Ubber item and returns it to the guild, a lotto will be held for the item with half the points going back to the original holder of the item. If a Member Holding a Tier 2 item leaves The Guild or is /Guildremoved, They WILL return That Item or Items to The Guild.
Raid Disipline
In the unfortunate event that a member is out of line, uncontrollable, not following orders or being detrimental to the members of The Raiding Party, The Raid Capt may Remove the offending member from the raid or in EXTREME circumstances /guildremove them. The offending member may then petition for reinstatement and or a trial.
Disputes and Investigations:
If members find themselves in a situation that they cannot settle between themselves then they may have an Officer get involved. The Officer will hear both sides of the story and then decide what should be done. If it’s a "SERIOUS" matter then The Asst. Leader or Leader will be Notified at Once to settle the issue.
If a member finds himself in a Situation with another Guild and it has gotten out of hand, Contact an Officer Immediately to Rectify the Situation.
If a member has a problem with an Officer Contact the Asst. Leader at once.
Guild Justice System: Asst Leader - Judge -
The Guild Justice System is implemented when a Member or Officer is Out of Line and needs to be Squared Away. It is a Tool used by The Leadership to keep control of The Guild so it doesn’t fall into Total Chaos.
There is varying differences in degrees of punishment, from a verbal warning to Immediate Guild Removal and Censor depending on the severity of the infraction. This is NOT a three strikes and you are out system, but if there is a pattern it WILL be addressed. If need be There will be a Trial for the Most Severe Cases, The Court will consist of NOT less than 5 Officers, with The Judge holding High Post . 4 Votes are needed for a Guilty Vote. Guilty verdicts may be appealed to The Asst. Leader for Final Yea or Nay. Leader reserves the Right for Amnesty
ASST Leader is the Only Officer Authorized To /GuildRemove a member: After Punishment is Confirmed Judge. With The Exception in EXTREME Circumstances, Then Leader,Asst. Leader or Acting Raid Capt. may Deguild for the Good of the Guild.
